Musculoskeletal disorders and falls from height: what are the solutions?

Musculoskeletal disorders affect the muscles and joints of the upper limbs (shoulders, elbows, hands, wrists and fingers), knees and back. They are favoured by repeated movements, sustained effort and constrained postures in the building and public works sector. The use of unsuitable equipment also encourages the development of these disorders.
To reduce these risks, AUDINNOV designs ever lighter and more ergonomic equipment for working at height, so that while it saves lives, it does not give rise to other ailments.

On construction sites, fluidity and speed of execution are essential. Wanting to move fast can lead to bad habits that can cause RSI or put workers at risk.
AUDINNOV currently offers two complementary ranges for the building trades. From structural work to maintenance and finishing work, the Batistep® and Ultralight® ranges are light, ultra-manoeuvrable and mobile, making it easier for workers to work safely at height.
Batistep® is a range of safe platforms designed for construction and plastering work. The extended platforms are adaptable to the needs of worksites, with 2 retractable half-side railings and 2 braking options available. Solidly built yet lightweight, these platforms require less muscular effort to handle.

Ultralight® les PIRL performantes pour le 2nd oeuvre et la maintenance

Ultralight® platforms are designed for secondary work and maintenance. They are as easy to use as a stepladder, but weigh less and are safer. Lightweight and highly manoeuvrable, these Ultralight® platforms are ideal for securing work at height on secondary works: electrical installation, insulation, air conditioning, etc. They are available in fixed, telescopic with adjustable legs and fibre versions.
