AUDINNOV continues to push back the limits of lightness and ergonomics in the manufacture of its PIRLs: Plateforme Individuelle Roulante Légère (Light Individual Rolling Platforms), in order to remove the obstacles to their use and ensure the safety of all people working at height. In 2017, AUDINNOV launched the TX, the adjustable version of the PIRL Ultralight®, a range of Ultra-Light Individual Rolling Platforms for all maintenance work in facility management.

As a French designer and manufacturer of ladders, AUDINNOV has developed a range of PIRLs (light individual rolling platforms) specifically adapted to customers' needs, in compliance with regulations. They are designed to replace unsafe ladders, which are prohibited as workstations. The improvements made in terms of ergonomics and safety, particularly in terms of lightness, have enabled PIRLs to be gradually accepted by many technicians.

Drawing on its industrial and field experience, AUDINNOV is now offering the PIRL TX Ultralight®, which incorporates a host of improvements while retaining its light weight, in order to remove any objections or obstacles to its use that may still exist.

The lightest, most manoeuvrable secure platform

• The kinetic opening and closing of the platform (patented by Audinnov) means that it can be opened and closed in a single movement, with no risk of pinching or bumping;
• The widened guardrail provides a comfortable workstation, even for people of heavy build
• Automatically-closing gates make the workstation completely safe while the operator is working (Audinnov patent);
• A tool holder has been integrated into the rail to give the operator greater freedom of movement
• The floor is made of perforated Ultralight® aluminium for maximum grip;
• Ultragrip® flat anti-slip rungs;Sliding legs can be adjusted independently of each other to adapt to uneven surfaces (pavements, steps, etc.) on the TX model.
• The PIRL TX 2.0 is very light, weighing between 16 and 21 kg, and can be used at heights of between 2.50 m and 3.20 m, depending on the model chosen.
• With its side carrying handle and slotted wheel, it can be moved very easily.

Ultralight® is made up of Fixed Aluminium Rolling Platforms (LX), Adjustable Aluminium Platforms (TX) and Fixed Composite Fibre Platforms (FX).
