Datastep® brand safe rolling platforms are designed to make working at height easier for data centre maintenance professionals. The LDM model is the compact, ultra-light version of the range, with a range of accessories dedicated to work in these technical areas. It's easier to use, takes up less space than rolling scaffolding and is safer than a stepladder.

Technical description

The LDM safety platform offers a host of advantages:

Lightness, safety and manoeuvrability thanks to its 4 multi-directional wheels, which automatically retract when the technician climbs.
The dimensions and inclination of the climbing surface are adapted to work in more restrictive environments.
Wide steps and automatic-return double door to make it easier for the technician to get on and keep him safe.
Stability enhanced by an innovative stabiliser system that takes up less space on the 5 steps.

What's more, the uprights and guardrail are surrounded by protective covers to safeguard the server racks during maintenance and servicing operations.
